     Randy Steere is an independent consultant specializing in CMS customization and installations. He has an M.S. degree in Computer Science. Randy presents many training and educational sessions around the world each year, including ILTA, Legal Tech and Aderant conferences in the United States. He is a former IT Director at Shipman & Goodwin, LLP in Hartford, Connecticut and brings extensive technical knowledge to his work in the Time/Billing area. He has been on the Board of Directors of ILTA, co-chair of the ILTA Conference and head of the local ALA systems track in Connecticut. Randy offers a wide variety of training, consulting and project management services on almost every aspect of Aderant. He has developed several inquiry and report products as well as an Executive Inquiry System.
